SEWN MCP Server — Privacy Policy

What this server does

The SEWN MCP server allows AI assistants (like Claude) to create embroidered merchandise stores on the SEWN platform and check build status. It acts as a thin proxy to the same public API that the yoursewn.store website uses.

Data collection

When you use the create_sewn_store tool, the following information is sent to the SEWN platform:

• Brand name (provided by the user)
• Logo image URL (provided by the user — the image is fetched and forwarded)
• Contact email address (provided by the user)
• Optional subdomain slug

The sewn_info and check_sewn_store_status tools do not collect personal data.

Data usage and storage

This MCP server does not store any user data itself. All data passes through to the SEWN platform at app.yoursewn.store, which stores it to operate the merch store. Data handling by the SEWN platform is governed by SEWN's own terms and privacy policy.

Third-party sharing

Data is shared only with the SEWN platform (app.yoursewn.store) to fulfil store creation and status requests. No data is shared with any other third parties.

Data retention

This server retains no data. Logs are ephemeral Cloudflare Worker invocation logs (retained up to 72 hours by Cloudflare). The SEWN platform retains store data as long as the store is active.

Security

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. The server runs on Cloudflare Workers. No authentication tokens, passwords, or payment information pass through this server.
